(1) The Teaching Service Commission Regulations, S.I. No. 172 of 1994 and the Public Service (Teachers) (Education Service Commission) Regulations S.I. 290-1 are revoked. (2) Notwithstanding the revocation under sub-regulation (1), any disciplinary or other proceedings commenced under the revoked regulations shall be construed to have been instituted under these Regulations.
