transfers or mortgages of leases, etc On the registration of any transfer of a mortgage and every transfer or mortgage of a lease or sublease, there shall be endorsed on the mortgage, lease or sublease respectively so transferred or mortgaged a memorial of the instrument as described in section 51, and it shall not be necessary to enter that memorial in the Register Book upon the folium constituted by the existing certificate of title.
