Section 51: Establishment of National Anti-Doping Organisation

(1) There is established, in accordance with the requirements of the World Anti-Doping Code, the National Anti-Doping Organisation. (2) The National Anti-Doping Organisation shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession and shall have an official seal. (3) The National Anti-Doping Organisation shall, in its own name, be capable of suing and being sued and may for the discharge of its functions under this Act- (a) acquire, hold and dispose of movable and immovable property; and (b) do all acts and things a body corporate may lawfully do.
