Consolidated text

(1) The National Anti-Doping Organisation shall consist of the following members- (a) a chairperson; and (b) four other members, with knowledge and experience in anti-doping or sports. (2) The Minister shall appoint members of the National Anti-Doping Organisation on such terms and conditions as the Minister may determine. (3) A member of the National Anti-Doping Organisation shall hold office for three years and is eligible for re-appointment for one further term only. (4) A member of the National Anti-Doping Organisation shall be paid such remuneration as the Minister may, in consultation with the Minister responsible for finance, determine.
