Section 56: Cost of arbitration

(1) Each party to a sports dispute shall bear the cost it incurs during arbitration. (2) Notwithstanding subsection (1), every national sports association and a national sports federation shall pay an annual arbitration fee to the Council. (3) The Minister may, by statutory instrument, prescribe the amount of the annual arbitration fee referred to in subsection (2). (4) The Council shall apply the annual arbitration fees referred to in subsection (2) to offset the costs incurred during arbitration.
