Consolidated text
(1) The Minister may, in consultation with the Council, establish an Emergency Radiological Response Committee.
(2) The Committee shall consist of the Secretary and one representative from each of the following-
(a) the Ministry responsible for health;
(b) the Ministry responsible for information;
(c) the Ministry responsible for disaster preparedness;
(d) the National Environment Management Authority;
(e) the Uganda Peoples' Defence Forces;
(f) the Uganda Police Force;
(g) the Uganda Prisons Service; and
(h) the International Committee of the Red Cross.
