(1) A financing statement may relate to one or more agreements creating a security interest. (2) The registration of a financing statement relating to an interest in personal property does not create a presumption that the interest is a security interest for the purposes of this Act. (3) Registration of a financing statement is not constructive notice of knowledge to a third party, of its existence or content.
