Consolidated text
(1) The Electricity Ordinance and the Uganda Electricity Board Ordinance are repealed.
(2) The transitional provisions in the Schedule to this Act shall have effect notwithstanding subsection
(1).
(3) Any reference to the Ordinances repealed by this section which occurs in any Act other than this Act
shall, unless the context otherwise requires, be deemed to be a reference to this Act.
