Consolidated text
(a) appointed to sell stamps, who contravenes any provision of this Act;
(b) not authorised to sell stamps, who sells stamps;
(c) authorised to sell stamps, who sells unauthorised stamps; or
(d) who forges a stamp,
commits an offence and is liable, on conviction, to a fine not exceeding one hundred currency points or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months, or both.
