(1) A party aggrieved by the decision of the Tribunal may, within thirty days after being notified of the decision in regulation 64 appeal that decision to the High Court in accordance with the Civil Procedure Rules. (2) The High Court shall hear and determine the appeal and shall make such orders as it thinks appropriate by reason of its decision, including an order affirming or setting aside the decision of the Tribunal or an order remitting the case to the Tribunal for reconsideration.
