Section 66: Saving

(1) A statutory instrument made under the Stamps Act, Cap. 342 (Revised Edition, 2000) and in force at the commencement of this Act shall continue in force until repealed under this Act. (2) This Act shall not affect the duties chargeable under any other law for the time being in force relating to court fees. (3) Until regulations are made under this Act to the contrary, any stamps which might lawfully be used immediately before the commencement of this Act for the payment of duties with which instruments were charged may be used for the purposes of this Act.
