Consolidated text

(1) The Minister may at any time by statutory order amend the Schedule to this Act. (2) Every order made under subsection (1) shall be laid before the Cabinet as soon as may be after it is made, and if within four months after the order is so laid it is resolved by the Cabinet that the order be revoked, the order shall thereupon be void but without prejudice to anything previously done under the order or to the making of any new order in substitution for it.
