Section 7: Lead Agency Climate Change Action Plan

(1) A lead agency shall, in conformity with the National Climate Change Action Plan and Framework Strategy on Climate Change, prepare a Lead Agency Climate Change Action Plan. (2) The Lead Agency Climate Change Action Plan shall indicate- (a) an assessment and management of risk and vulnerability; (b) an identification of greenhouse gas mitigation potentials; and (c) options and prioritisation of appropriate adaptation measures for joint projects of national and local governments. (3) The Lead Agency Climate Change Action Plan referred to in sub section (1) shall be reviewed every five years or earlier as may be deemed necessary.
