The assets and capital of a non deposit microfinance institution comprise (a) voluntary property contributions by one or more promoters; (b) donations and charitable contributions from third parties; (c) grants and non repayable special purpose financing from a local government or Government; (d) earnings from the activities of the non deposit microfinance institution including micro-lending; and (e) loans and credits.
