Consolidated text
(1) The Minister may make regulations for better carrying into effect the provisions and purposes of
this Act.
(2) The Minister may by statutory order specify the rates of tax payable under this Act; and the order
shall cease to have effect unless it is introduced into Parliament within three months from the date of its publication and Parliament approves a resolution confirming that order.
(3) The Minister may, with the approval of the Cabinet, make regulations amending the First, Second
and Third Schedules.
