Consolidated text

(1) Any dispute regarding the operations of a registered society which arises- (a) among the members or past members; (b) between a member, past member or other person not being a member, or deceased member, and the society, its committee or any officer or past officer of the society; or Act 19 Copyright and Neighbouring Rights Act 2006 (c) between the society or its committee and any officer or past officer of the society; or (d) between the society and any other registered society; shall be referred to an arbitrator or arbitrators under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
