(1) The Roads Act, Cap. 358 is repealed. (2) The Access to Roads Act, Cap. 350 is repealed. (3) Sections 120, 132, 133, 139, 140, 153, 154, 173 and 178 (j) and (k) of the Traffic and Road Safety Act Cap. 361 are repealed. (4) Any statutory instrument made under the Roads Act, the Access to Roads Act, or the provisions of the Traffic and Road Safety Act repealed under subsections (1), (2) and (3) and in force immediately before the commencement of this Act shall remain in force, so far as it is not inconsistent with this Act, until it is revoked by a statutory instrument made under this Act. Schedule 1 (Section 3 and 78(1)) Currency point A currency point is equivalent to twenty thousand shillings.
