Consolidated text

(1) The Minister may, by statutory instrument, with the approval of Cabinet, amend Schedules 1 and 6 to this Act. (2) The Minister may by statutory instrument amend Schedules 2, 3, 4 and 5 to this Act. (3) A statutory instrument made under sub section (2) shall come into force after it is laid before Parliament.
