to taxation shall contain a warning that the levels and bases of taxation can change (2) A securities advertisement that contains any matter based on an assumed rate of taxation shall state what that rate is. (3) A securities advertisement that refers to reliefs from taxation- (a) shall state that the reliefs are those that currently apply, and (b) shall contain a statement that the value of a relief from taxation depends upon the circumstances of the tax payer.
