shall (a) use a conformal projection on which a straight line approximates a great circle on a Standard Departure Chart- Instrument; (b) show the parallels and meridians at suitable intervals when the Standard Departure Chart-Instrument is drawn to scale; and (c) place the graduation marks at consistent intervals along the neat lines.
