Issue of money out of Consolidated Fund
The Treasury may issue out of the Consolidated Fund and apply towards the supply granted to the Government for the service of the year ending on 30th June, 2026 the sum of forty trillion, nine hundred ninety-five billion, four hundred thirteen million, three hundred seventy-four thousand shillings only
Appropriation
The sums granted by this Act shall be appropriated for the services and purposes and in the amounts specified in columns 1 and 2 of the Schedule to this Act.

Expiry of appropriations
(1)
Any part of the sums granted by section 3 which has been, or is issued from the Consolidated Fund on or before the 30th day of June, 2026 shall expire and cease to have any effect at the close of the financial year.
(2)
A vote that does not expend money that was appropriated to the vote for the financial year shall, at the close of the financial year, repay the money to the Consolidated Fund in accordance with section 16 of the Public Finance Management Act.
